Bringing your memories to life with Everheld™ is designed to be a gentle and effortless process.

 

Step 1: Curate Your Favorites

Select the videos or photos that hold the most meaning to you. Whether it’s a professionally edited wedding film, a collection of phone clips of a baby’s first year, or a heartfelt montage for a milestone birthday, your Everheld™ album is ready to hold them all. You can upload a single long-form video or multiple shorter clips that will play in sequence.

Step 2: Establish the Connection

Using the premium USB cable provided in your Everheld™ box, connect your album directly to your PC or Mac. Once connected, your computer will recognize the album as a standard external drive (similar to a USB stick). No special software, apps, or subscriptions are ever required.

Step 3: A Simple "Drag and Drop"

Open the album folder on your screen and simply drag your chosen video or photo files into the designated folder. The 4GB of internal storage ensures you have ample room for high-definition quality. Once the transfer is complete, safely eject the device and unplug the cable.

Step 4: Relive the Magic 

Your album is now ready. Simply open the cover, and your memories will begin to play instantly with crisp visuals and clear audio. There are no "On" buttons to find and no menus to navigate—just a pure, tactile gateway back to your favorite moments in time.

 

Please note: The video needs to be 16x9 ratio (1920 x 1080 or 1280 x 720 resolution), otherwise you may get errors

If an error comes up, you might be required to resize the video aspect ratio using free softwares such as Adobe Video Resizer (https://www.adobe.com/express/feature/video/resize).
